At Sabi/Tegence, we aimed to facilitate solar installations by providing accurate risk assessments for financing. I led the product execution for the AI Risk Prediction System.
My Role
Product Execution
I managed the development lifecycle using ClickUp and Azure DevOps. This involved:
- Breaking down high-level requirements into technical tickets.
- Coordinating between Data Scientists (building the risk models) and Software Engineers.
- Prioritizing features based on stakeholder needs.
Technical Contribution
Beyond management, I contributed code to the frontend interface. I built the Risk Dashboard components using React, ensuring complex risk data was presented in a clean, user-friendly format for non-technical stakeholders.
Outcome
The system successfully launched, providing risk scores that help determine eligibility for solar financing, directly impacting the adoption of renewable energy solutions.
